About the Role

Executive Assistant

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication and time management, capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
• 
  
• Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; handle inquiries on behalf of the MD.
• 
  
• Organize meetings, prepare briefing materials, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups.
• 
  
• Support the MD with project tracking, documentation, and research tasks.
• 
  
• Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• 
  
• Draft reports, presentations, and official communications.
• 
  
• Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
• 
  
• Accompany the MD on select meetings and engagements when required.
