Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination

·        Coordination with sales team to map strategic accounts and develop engagement plans. Regular reporting and follow up.

• Identify potential customers across targeted industry verticals (e.g., Manufacturing, Utilities, Pharma, Chemicals).
• Prepare documents i.e., Presentation, datasheets, reference list, technical proposal, etc. in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Understanding customer requirements from the sales team and align vertical team and required resources for site survey, presentation, demonstration etc.
• Ensure submission of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with Sales and Technical teams.
• Facilitate internal meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of business processes.

General Tasks

• Monitoring Project Management activities with Delivery head and act as a liaison between different teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
• Actively participate in customer interaction, technical discussion, reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and reference documents.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy.
