About the Role:


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to support our business development and client management operations. The ideal candidate will assist in tracking and qualifying leads, managing communication with potential clients, and ensuring smooth coordination through calendar management and data organization. 


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Management:

  • Track, update, and maintain records of incoming leads.
  • Make follow-up calls and initiate contact with leads to assess their interest and potential.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria and update lead status accordingly. 


● Client Communication:

  • Act as a point of contact for new and existing clients.
  • Maintain professional, clear, and timely communication via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Schedule meetings or follow-ups and ensure timely reminders are sent.


● Calendar & Coordination:

  • Maintain and organize the calendar for meetings, calls, and events.
  • Set reminders and follow up on important business appointments.
  • Coordinate schedules between internal teams and external clients. 


● Data Management:

  • Keep client and lead databases organized and up-to-date.
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries on lead status and client communications.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of key communications and deals.


Qualifications & Skills:

● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

● Prior experience in customer service, sales assistance, or business support roles is preferred

● Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel/Google Sheets)

● Comfortable making and receiving phone calls with a client-focused approach

● Highly organized with good time management skills

● Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in event management, marketing, or business development is a plus

● Familiarity with lead generation strategies and tools

● Confidence in speaking with high-level clients and stakeholders
