Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts and finance department. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, tax regulations, and statutory audits, and support financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Reporting Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP as applicable. Manage general ledger, trial balance, and reconciliations. Audit & Compliance Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors. Ensure timely completion of audits. Maintain compliance with direct and indirect tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax). Taxation Handle GST filings, returns, reconciliations. Ensure proper TDS deduction and return filing.
