Job Summary

We are seeking a Diamond Executive to manage and maintain diamond, CZ, and colored stone inventory at our jewellery manufacturing unit. The role includes bagging, gauging, assorting, ERP recording, and coordinating with the production team for accurate stone consumption. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of diamond assortments, ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills to ensure smooth stock handling, reporting, and valuation.

Key Responsibilities

Diamond & Stone Inventory Management

• Maintain and manage diamond inventory (loose stones, parcels, CZ, colored stones).
• Record issues, receipts, and returns in GATI Jewellery ERP.
• Manage purchase, sale, and stock requirements of diamonds, CZ, and colored stones.

Stone Handling & Assorting

• Perform bagging, gauging, and assorting of diamonds and colored stones.
• Verify assortments, quality, MM size, and sieve size allocations before issuance.
• Ensure completion of diamond bags, including repair and repacking processes.

Production Coordination

• Coordinate with production for stone consumption per order.
• Prepare stone consumption reports and reconcile with production records.

Costing & Reporting

• Assist costing team with stone pricing, valuation, and reporting.
• Prepare advanced Excel reports for stock statements, movement, shortages, consumption analysis, and bag completion tracking.

Requirements

• Graduate (preferably B.Com or Diploma in Gemology).
• Hands-on experience with GATI Jewellery ERP (diamond, CZ, and colored stone modules).
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of diamond MM sizes, sieve sizes, and quality assortments.
• Experience in diamond bagging, gauging, and stone segregation.
• Understanding of stone purchase, sale, and requirement planning.
• 2–5 years of experience in diamond handling within a jewellery manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
