Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain and manage diamond inventory (loose stones, parcels, CZ, colored stones) .
Record issues, receipts and return in GATI Jewellery ERP.
Perform bagging,gauging and assorting of diamonds and coloured stones.
Perform bagging, gauging and assorting of diamonds and coloured stones. issuance.
Co-ordinate with production for stone consumption per order.
Prepare stone consumption reports and reconcile with production records.
Assisting costing team with stone pricing ,valuation and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience with GATI Jewellery ERP (diamond, CZ, and colored stone modules).
Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
Knowledge of diamond MM sizes, sieve sizes, and quality assortments.
Experience in diamond bagging, gauging, and stone segregation.
Understanding of stone purchase, sale, and requirement planning.
13 years of experience in diamond handling within a Jewellery manufacturing environment.
