JEWELLARY SALES EXECUTIVE

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewelry.
• Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily & monthly targets.
• Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by explaining jewelry details.
• Handle high-value transactions with professionalism and trust-building.

2. Store Operations & Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in stock counting and security.
• Ensure proper jewellery display and adherence to brand merchandise standards.
• Assist in billing, order processing, and handling exchange/return requests.

3. CRM & Client Relationship Management

• Maintain and update customer records for follow-ups and repeat business.
• Provide after-sales support and personalized recommendations.
• Engage with VIP clients and handle special/customized orders.

4. Team Support & Training

• Assist junior sales associates with sales techniques and customer handling.

Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to enhance sales performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
