Business Coordinator

You will be joining SHIVBANKI Farmer Producer Company Limited, a registered Farmer Producer Company operating under the Companies Act, 2013. The company boasts a robust community of 700+ dedicated farmer-shareholders spread across 50 villages in Banki block. Our operations adhere to all legal requirements and are characterized by a commitment to transparency and sound governance principles. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the daily activities related to the procurement of fruits and vegetables from our member farmers. You will play a crucial role in nurturing and managing relationships with various wholesale and retail buyers such as restaurants, shops, and vendors. Additionally, you will be involved in tasks like order planning, dispatch scheduling, and monitoring logistics to ensure smooth operations. Ensuring quality control measures and timely delivery of the produce will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be expected to contribute to marketing strategies, pricing decisions, and branding efforts. Effective communication and coordination with procurement and field teams will be essential for seamless operations and real-time coordination. Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating periodic reports that cover aspects such as sales performance, procurement activities, and overall business performance. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with a background in Agriculture, Business, or related fields, although this is not a strict requirement. Previous experience of at least 6 months in agri-business, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), or fresh produce supply chains will be advantageous. Strong communication and coordination skills will be crucial for excelling in this role.,
