Job Description

Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and industry events
Build and manage a strong pipeline of SME and corporate clients across Mumbai
Schedule and attend meetings with business owners, directors, and CXOs to understand their business needs
Conduct face-to-face discussions and deliver tailored presentations based on client challenges
Promote and sell Striviks services such as Digital Marketing, Website Development, Training & Development, HR Solutions, and Business Implementation
Suggest suitable solutions and ensure they align with measurable business outcomes
Plan and execute field visits across Western, Central, Harbour, and extended suburbs of Mumbai
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain updated records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and deals in CRM tools
Share regular reports on sales progress, client feedback, and market activity
