Business Consultant – Role & Responsibilities

A Financial Consultant provides expert financial guidance to individuals or businesses to help them manage money effectively, achieve financial goals, and make informed financial decisions. They analysis financial situations, recommend strategies, and assist in implementing customized financial plans.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis clients’ financial status, income, expenses, assets, and liabilities .Create customized financial plans based on short-term and long-term goals. risk assessments and recommend appropriate financial strategies.

2. Investment Advisory

Guide clients on investment options such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, insurance, and other financial products. Recommend investment portfolios based on client goals and risk tolerance. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.

3. Tax Planning & Compliance

Advise clients on tax-efficient investment and saving strategies. Assist with tax planning to minimize liabilities legally. Ensure compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations.

4. Insurance & Risk Management

Identify potential financial risks and provide suitable insurance solutions. Recommend life, health, property, and business insurance policies as per client needs.

5. Retirement & Estate Planning

Assist clients in planning for retirement income, pensions, and long-term savings.Guide clients on estate planning, wills, and succession strategies.

6. Business Advisory (for corporate clients)

Analyse business financial performance and provide improvement strategies. Assist with cost control, capital structuring, and financial forecasting. Support in preparing business plans and financial reports.

7. Client Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with clients .Review financial plans periodically and adjust as life events or markets change. Educate clients on financial products and market trends.

8. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare reports, projections, and financial statements for clients. Maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
