1-2 years prior experience in back-office operations.
Review and analyze cases and processing as per the regulations.
Gather and evaluate relevant transactional data.
Identify discrepancies and managing the documentation.
Prepare comprehensive documentation to support the resolutions.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates.
