Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Architect with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ebao OFSAA Business Scorecard and Business Analysis & Planning. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively in a day shift environment. No travel is required. Responsibilities Design and implement robust architectural solutions using ebao OFSAA and Business Scorecard to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the integration of various systems and ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and implementations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all architectural solutions. Lead the development of business analysis and planning models to support strategic decision-making. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency. Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of architectural solutions with business goals and objectives. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve architectural practices. Drive innovation and contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality architectural solutions. Qualifications Possess a strong technical background with expertise in ebao OFSAA and Business Scorecard. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address complex business challenges. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Have a proven track record of successfully delivering architectural solutions in a hybrid work model. Show proficiency in business analysis and planning to support strategic decision-making. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements. Hold a relevant certification such as TOGAF or equivalent to validate architectural expertise.
