Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Business Associate, you will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in the real estate sector. You will act as the link between potential buyers, sellers, and the company to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for property sales and acquisitions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and property owners.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitors’ offerings.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in real estate sales, business development, or customer handling is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
