Your core role at SoulSurfer will be as the first business mind alongside the Leadership Team behind Open's growth and evolution. You will be responsible for wearing multiple hats with the focus of scaling beautiful products that matter. Currently, we are seeking individuals with 0-3 years of experience who are passionate about Relationships and human-to-human connections in general. Your responsibilities will include identifying, researching, and onboarding new product categories for Individuals, Couples, and Families. You will co-create new product ideas with designers, vendors, and wellness experts. Additionally, you will strategize and manage the sales and distribution of products, create partnerships with offline stores, pop-ups, professionals, resorts, etc., and explore B2B opportunities. Your role will also involve building and growing Open's revenue, user base, and recognition through thoughtful campaigns and strategic planning with the marketing team. To be a perfect fit for this role, you must be obsessed with the psychology of love, intimacy, emotional well-being, and human connection. You should have a curious, soulful side combined with a sharp, business-first approach. Understanding the consumer D2C space or being eager to learn it is essential. You should be able to hustle, pitch, cold call, build partnerships, and execute from scratch, all while thriving in ambiguity yet maintaining a process-oriented mindset.
