Your Core Role at SoulSurfer involves being the first business mind along with the Leadership Team behind Open's growth and evolution. You will be wearing multiple hats with a focus on scaling beautiful products that matter. Currently, we are seeking individuals with 0-3 years of experience who are passionate about relationships and human-to-human connections. Your responsibilities will include: - Product Expansion & Strategy: Identifying, researching, and onboarding new product categories for Individuals, Couples, and Families. Co-creating new product ideas with designers, vendors, and wellness experts. - Sales, Distribution & Marketplaces: Strategizing and managing the sales and distribution of products. Creating partnerships with offline stores, pop-ups, professionals, resorts, etc. Exploring B2B opportunities. - Business Building & Collaboration: Growing Open's revenue, user base, and recognition. Planning campaigns with the marketing team rooted in connection, intimacy, vulnerability, and family joy. Tracking ROI, optimizing pricing, margins, and ensuring sustainable P&L. To be a Perfect Fit for this role, you should: - Be obsessed with the psychology of love, intimacy, emotional well-being, and human connection. - Have a curious, soulful side along with a sharp, business-first approach. - Understand the consumer D2C space or be eager to learn it. - Possess the ability to hustle, pitch, cold call, build partnerships, and execute from scratch. - Thrive in ambiguity while being process-oriented.
