Business Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Associate to drive strategy and partnerships under the B2B vertical, partner PnL, B2B business growth and GTM with existing partners. In this role, you will work closely with external partners as well as our internal product and tech teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

● Identify and prioritize potential B2B partners with strong synergy for Loan Against Securities product.

● Lead outreach efforts and successfully close partnership agreements to establish lending tie-ups, thereby driving new business growth. Client Management and GTM Execution

● Serve as the primary business contact for all external B2B partners.

● Coordinate with partners on GTM strategies and activities to optimize Asset Under Management (AUM) growth and revenue generation. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

● Collaborate closely with internal Product and Technology teams to translate partner requirements into new feature development.

● Maintain clear, proactive communication across all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.

Qualifications

● Experience: 1-3+ years in strategy, partnership or business growth roles.

● Technical Acumen: Proficient in using Google Sheets for P&L/accounting reviews; strong understanding of product funnels, API/SDK integrations, and product workflows

● Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of effectively managing cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.

● Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences to drive successful partnerships.
