Business Associate

Position Overview
The Business Analyst acts as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.Responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and providing data-driveninsights to support decision-making and solution design.This is a WFO opportunity, and the candidate will have to work out of our Coimbatore office.The candidate should also be open to travel as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements.Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities.Collaborate with IT and product teams to design solutions.Partner with product management to align features with customer needs.Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.Create sales enablement materials (presentations, playbooks, case studies).Run product demo and work with product/IT teams to set up demo environments anda roadmap for the same.Drive customer insights to shape product roadmap and strategy.Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet requirements.Provide data analysis, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Power BI/Tableau).Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer feedback.

Qualifications
Master's in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing (Only 2025 and 2026 passout)Experience in SaaS, tech, or product-driven industries is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
