Required Qualifications & Skills-

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field / An MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a B2B or B2G context.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a passion for the edutech sector.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel extensively within Maharashtra Region.
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is required.
