Guide customers on policy benefits, premium payments, claim procedures, and financial planning. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product knowledge and compliance standards. Support in building and managing a team of advisors (if required). Ensure all documentation, proposals, and customer details are handled with accuracy and confidentiality. Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. Goal-oriented and self-driven personality. Basic understanding of financial and insurance products (training provided). Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
