Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to drive the sales of our IT products and solutions to schools, colleges, and educational institutions in and around Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education technology, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in B2B or institutional sales. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell IT products and solutions (e.g., learning management systems, educational software, etc.) to educational institutions Identify potential clients including schools, colleges, coaching centers, and universities in the Coimbatore region Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as principals, IT coordinators, and purchase heads Conduct on-site product demos and presentations to showcase the value of solutions Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and reporting requirements Provide accurate feedback and market intelligence to the internal product and marketing teams Follow up with clients for order closure and timely payments Maintain records of leads, contacts, and activities using CRM tools or reporting formats Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT, EdTech, or institutional selling Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Familiarity with common IT solutions used in the education sector (e.g., digital classrooms, ERP, e-learning platforms) Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable products Fluency in Tamil and working knowledge of English Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory) Comfortable with local travel within Coimbatore and surrounding areas Proficient with MS Office, email communication, and reporting tools Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Prior experience selling to educational institutions Understanding of academic cycles and budget planning in schools/colleges Ability to provide basic tech support during demos Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 14/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/07/2025
