Job Description

This role is ideal for individuals who love building B2B2C products and want to own end-to-end funnel ownership and be actively involved from a business and product perspective. The role requires a very strong understanding of how partners work and work backward to solve problems at different stages of interaction from the top of the funnel, application journey to partner retention. Responsibilities ● Responsible for owning the entire funnel with business stakeholders for the assisted channel (MFD) from acquisition to conversion. ● Work closely with business stakeholders and the product team to identify insights about customer & partner experience and constantly iterate on it. ● Work closely with business stakeholders to design the optimum process from an experience perspective. ● Work closely with the partners and internal teams to identify areas of opportunity and improvement across the funnel. ● Work closely with the technology team to identify features that impact the business and product metrics. ● Responsible for ensuring every product release is held to the highest standards of quality as per our product vision by working closely with the QA team ● Proactively monitor key metrics from a product standpoint and identify areas of improvement by working with other PMs and stakeholders. Requirements ● Strong customer empathy and ability to put yourself in stakeholders' shoes in areas such as customer journeys, operations, etc. ● Strong understanding of processes and metrics from a business and product perspective. ● Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to question the status quo and go beyond conventions. ● At least 2 years of full-time experience in product management is mandatory with atleast 1 year of experience in building B2B2C products. ● Prior experience in building B2B2C products in a startup or Fintech ecosystem (investments/lending) is mandatory. ● Prior experience in working actively with business teams in identifying problem statements and solutions is mandatory. ● Strong communication and articulation skills, including verbal and written modes like documentation, process notes, communication templates, etc. ● Good knowledge of SQL or similar tools and the ability to analyze insights/findings is mandatory.
