About the Role: We’re hiring a driven and energetic Business & Sales Development Executive to grow our client base, deliver impactful demos, and manage end-to-end sales and operational functions. If you thrive on lead generation, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead Generation & Client Acquisition · Generate high-quality leads via B2B platforms . · Qualify leads and pitch relevant products to potential clients. · Follow up diligently to convert leads into sales. 🔹 Demo Coordination & Client Interaction · Schedule and conduct product demos at the office or client location. · Communicate solutions effectively to meet client needs. · Maintain a professional and consultative approach. 🔹 Operations & Sales Process Management · Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth delivery of products and services. · Track lead pipelines and sales progress through CRM tools. · Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management. 🔹 Client Retention & Relationship Management · Ensure client satisfaction through regular engagement and support. · Handle post-sale service coordination and upsell opportunities. · Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
