Business Analysis, user acceptance testing, Jira, CRM, ERP, CSPO, Power BI, SQL,Primary title: Business AnalystRole & ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end requirement discovery with business stakeholders-facilitateworkshops, conduct interviews, and document needs into structured artefacts.Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functionalspecifications, and process maps for development and operations teams.Analyse data to validate hypotheses, produce insights and metrics using SQL and BI toolsto support prioritisation and decision-making.Coordinate with product owners, UX, QA and engineering to drive timely delivery;support Sprint planning and backlog grooming in Agile ceremonies.Support user acceptance testing (UAT), track defects, verify fixes and ensure deliverablesmeet acceptance criteria and business value expectations.Create and maintain clear documentation-process flows, requirement traceabilitymatrices, release notes and stakeholder dashboards.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-HaveProven experience in requirements elicitation and user story writing for enterpriseinitiatives.Hands-on SQL for data validation, query-writing and basic data analysis.Advanced Microsoft Excel for analysis, pivoting and modelling.Experience building dashboards and visualisations in Power BI or Tableau.Familiarity with Agile tooling-Jira and Confluence for backlog management anddocumentation.Strong process mapping experience (creating workflows and swimlanes) and producingrequirement artefacts.

Preferred
