Qualification: Graduate/PG (BE / B Tech/ MBA/ B.Stat from a Premier Institute)
Experience: 2 years in content moderation minimum and overall experience more than 5 years
Experience Breakup: Preferably Trust & Safety/ Content Moderation experience

The candidate will be responsible for conducting audits of the reviews don??t by the agents, qa, FTE or the machine. Conduct RCCA, Corrective and preventive actions for the errors, Conduct training slides, give coaching and feedback. Identify opportunities for improving tools and processes
