Job Description

Summary:

Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Work closely with the project manager, design, and development teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Facilitate client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions to refine project scope and direction.
Conduct competitor and market research to help guide product strategy when needed.
Support QA teams by validating features and ensuring alignment with business needs.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or IT services environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
Ability to create user stories, wireframes, and functional documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Delivering accurate and clear documentation that aligns client expectations with development output, helping projects stay on time and within scope.
