Laravel Team Lead

Summary:

As the Laravel Team Lead, you will oversee the development and maintenance of Laravel-based applications within our organization. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality output. Your role is crucial in driving project success through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Laravel projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Laravel developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust applications.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure projects align with business goals.
• Architect and maintain scalable and efficient Laravel applications.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and version control.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and optimize performance of Laravel applications.
• Stay updated with Laravel trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve team productivity and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Laravel developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior developer role.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and related web technologies.
• Experience in leading a team of developers in Agile or similar development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
