Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

YOE:8+ Years

Location: Pune

Notice Period: Immediate to before 28 Aug 2025

Job Summary

IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, processes, and systems.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional technical requirements.
Work with software developers, QA testers, and project managers to design and deliver IT solutions.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow design to improve operational efficiency.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect tracking, and resolution processes.
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Create detailed documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FS), and user manuals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within IT or software development environments.
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
