Enerzcloud Solutions is hiring a full-time Business Analyst to join our growing team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions to drive data-informed decision-making.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and working closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.

Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau is preferred. A basic understanding of data analysis, business process modeling, and documentation standards (BRD, FRD) will be advantageous.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, critical thinking ability, and a proactive mindset. A keen interest in understanding business operations and turning data into actionable insights is essential for success in this role.
