About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional with 2-4 years of experience, ideally with an MBA background, to join our team as a Business Analyst / IT Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT project requirement gathering, excellent communication, and documentation skills. This role demands a proactive attitude, energy, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the IT domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IT projects.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Facilitate communication between business teams and IT development teams to ensure project requirements are well understood.
  • Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in requirement validation, testing, and support deployment activities.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team knowledge.
  • Demonstrate energy and eagerness to learn new tools, methodologies, and technologies relevant to the role.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA degree from a reputed institute.
  • 2-4 years of experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, or related roles within IT projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in documentation tools and techniques (e.g., MS Office, Visio, Jira).
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Knowledge of basic IT concepts, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies is a plus.
