Job Title: Business Analyst HRMS & Vendor Management System

Experience: 4–5 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with strong experience in HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and working closely with technical teams to deliver effective HR and vendor management solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR, procurement, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for HRMS and VMS solutions.

Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend system enhancements or new functionalities.

Work with product and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows.

Support HR and Vendor Management teams in streamlining processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, vendor onboarding, contract management, and compliance tracking.

Assist in system implementation, integration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Create and maintain documentation including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), and process flows.

Coordinate with vendors and third-party solution providers for enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.

Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and support audits and compliance activities.

Provide end-user training, support, and create user manuals/guides.

Identify automation opportunities and recommend best practices for HRMS and VMS optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, HR, or related field.

4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HRMS and Vendor Management domains.

Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee lifecycle, etc.).

Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, etc.) and Vendor Management Systems (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa VMS, etc.).

Experience in creating BRDs, FSDs, user stories, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Good understanding of data management, reporting, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in HR analytics and reporting.

Exposure to integration projects between HRMS and third-party applications.

Knowledge of compliance frameworks related to HR and vendor governance.

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
