Job Title: MEAN Stack Developer Location: Sangamner Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced MEAN Stack Developer with 5-8 years of professional expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications using the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stack. This role requires a collaborative mindset, a passion for clean code, and the ability to deliver solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). Create and manage RESTful APIs to support front-end and back-end functionalities. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, testers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration. Maintain and enhance existing applications by troubleshooting and resolving issues. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Implement security and data protection protocols in applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a MEAN Stack Developer. Technical Skills : Proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular (v2+), and Node.js. Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Knowledge of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with modern tools and frameworks like RxJS and TypeScript. Experience with database design, indexing, and optimization in MongoDB. Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git. Understanding of Agile methodologies and development lifecycle. Other Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
