Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions—gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering insights that drive strategic decisions and successful product or project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and define clear, actionable requirements.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and surveys with users and stakeholders.

2. Process Mapping & Improvement

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Create detailed process maps, workflows, and data flow diagrams.
• Propose optimized business solutions and collaborate on implementation strategies.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a liaison between business units, development teams, and external vendors.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, data-driven manner.

4. Documentation & Communication

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specs, and user guides.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa.

5. Testing & Validation

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating solutions.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements analysis, and documentation techniques.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, SQL, or similar.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in an agile or waterfall environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹447,964.07 - ₹1,551,873.42 per year
