Business Analyst Techno Functional

As a Business Analyst with 4-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Configuration experience in ERP products - Proficiency in Database Queries and Procedures - Handling Application Support for Functional issues - Possessing a clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process orientation - Strong fundamentals in Leasing will be an added advantage - Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature-driven methods will be beneficial - Experience in identifying and executing test strategies, test plans, and functional test cases - Proficiency in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions - Capability to work with customers and cross-location teams to establish and maintain consistent delivery - Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended - Willingness to work primarily in Functional Support and Change Requests, in different shifts including day shift and afternoon shift The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities - Ability to challenge solutions when necessary - Excellent communication and writing skills with the capacity to understand end-users directly - Strong negotiation skills and tactful approach - Capability to raise factual alerts and risks when necessary - Organized and practical mindset If you decide to join us at Societe Generale, you will be part of a dynamic team that believes in the power of individuals to drive change and shape the world of tomorrow.
