Business Analyst (PowerApps) – Contract Role

About the Role

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document requirements.
Design, configure, and support
PowerApps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)
applications.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business users throughout the solution lifecycle.
Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and user training for PowerApps solutions.
Create process flows, documentation, and reporting as needed.
Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Mandatory: Hands-on experience building and maintaining Microsoft PowerApps solutions.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
Basic understanding of data sources such as Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint lists
Agile or Scrum project experience
