Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business outcomes.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to provide datadriven recommendations.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.

• Use statistical methods to interpret data and build predictive models where necessary.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

• Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes for efficiency

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Hands-on experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus.

• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
