Job Summary:

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and demos
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support
• Continuously improve business analysis processes and documentation practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar
• Ability to understand both technical and business perspectives
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field

Good to Have:

• Experience with wireframing, UI/UX collaboration
• Understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations
• Domain expertise in healthcare, e-commerce, or fintech (optional)
