Job Description

Translate business requirements into test requirements / scenarios / Acceptance criteria Interaction with Business Users of Squad owner to ensure complete coverage of testing requirementsDesign critical test scenarios & review of test combination Define workflow Activities needed to produce the data (Chaining) Create regression scenario for business processesSetup the testing process and keep on innovating it, changing it to help in delivering successful sprints across Squads
Familiarity with requirements techniques such as, user stories, use cases, and informal modelling
Process knowledge of banking - Corporate lending
Conduct detailed business analysis to identify the business needs of stakeholders and develop solutions for business problems
Design and implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements
Translate business needs into technical requirements and help guide the design of technology solutions
Collaborate with project managers and other staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Present and explain findings to executive leadership
Track and document changes to functional and business specifications
Play a key role in the testing and roll-out of new software or technology solutions
Create detailed reports and give presentations to relevant stakeholders
Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive qualification Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong understanding of business processes and project management principles
