Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
Create and maintain detailed functional specifications and user stories throughout the development lifecycle.
Review and provide inputs on test scenarios and test cases to ensure alignment with requirements.
Work closely with the development team to communicate and clarify requirements as needed.
Conduct market research to explore solutions and approaches for addressing customer challenges through our software products.

Our Expectations:

1–3 years of experience as a
Business Analyst
in the software development industry.
Strong skills in
requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis
.
Hands-on experience with wireframing tools like
Balsamiq
or
Figma
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of
Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
Proven experience in
client handling
and stakeholder communication.
A cheerful, positive attitude with a proactive and self-driven approach to work.
MBA or equivalent degree
with relevant experience is preferred.
