Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team specializing in Custom Software Solutions, ERP, and CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients across various industries to identify their business needs and propose tailored technology solutions. This role will involve active engagement in both pre-sales and post-sales phases, including preparing essential documentation and workflow visualizations.
Pre-Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose technical solutions, including ERP and CRM systems. Prepare presentations, proposals, and technical demos to support sales efforts.

Requirement Analysis:

Conduct client meetings to gather and document business requirements. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional and Non-Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS, NFRS). Create use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to define system functionalities.

Post-Sales Engagement:

Work with the development team to ensure clear understanding of client requirements. Create process flowcharts and workflows to support project execution, and provide ongoing support for successful delivery of customized solutions.

Communication and Documentation:

Maintain professional communication with clients for updates and feedback. Document insights from client interactions to enhance future proposals.

Industry Expertise:

Stay updated on industry trends to identify business opportunities and customize solutions to meet the unique challenges of different industries.

Requirements

Proficient in preparing BRD, FRS, NFRS, and creating flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams (e.g., Sequence, UML).
Experienced with tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, Lucid chart, or similar for documentation and diagrams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to propose tailored solutions.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of ERP and CRM solutions and their industry-specific applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Understanding of Business Process methodologies.
