Role Overview

We are looking for a

Business Analyst

with

a minimum of 1 year of experience in the SaaS industry

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to

gather requirements

analyze business processes

, and

ensure smooth delivery of SaaS solutions

.This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements through client meetings, workshops, and research.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Development, QA, and Implementation — to ensure accurate solution delivery.
Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and user documentation.
Participate in product demonstrations and conduct client training sessions.
Support project planning, track progress, and assist in ensuring timely delivery.
Validate solutions against requirements as part of the QA process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS-based company.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Exposure to domains such as Pharmaceutical or FMCG.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
