Job Title: Business Analyst – Sales and Marketing Experience: Minimum 3 Years Location: Valsad (Local Candidates Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Travel Requirement: Must be comfortable with regular travel for client visits About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a focus on Sales and Marketing to join our team in Valsad . The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be well-versed in analyzing sales trends, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness to drive strategic business decisions. As this position is based in Valsad , we prefer a local candidate who understands the regional market and is open to traveling for client interactions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify business growth opportunities Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and evaluate marketing strategies and sales plans Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare actionable insights and reports for senior management Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support business decisions Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams Assist in preparing business proposals, client presentations, and marketing campaigns Regularly travel for client meetings, business development, and on-ground market assessment Support CRM management and improve lead conversion metrics Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in sales and marketing functions Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively Comfortable with frequent local and regional travel Must be a Valsad localite or willing to relocate to Valsad immediately Preferred Traits: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset Understanding of the local market dynamics in and around Valsad Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Education: Master's (Required) Experience: Sales and Marketing: 3 years (Required) Location: Valsad, Gujarat (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
