Business Analyst- Sales and Marketing

As a Business Analyst specializing in Sales and Marketing at our company in Valsad, your role will involve analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, you will develop and evaluate marketing strategies, monitor key performance indicators, conduct competitor analysis, and support CRM management. Your responsibilities also include facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, preparing business proposals, client presentations, and marketing campaigns, as well as traveling for client meetings, business development, and market assessment. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify business growth opportunities - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and evaluate marketing strategies and sales plans - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare actionable insights and reports for senior management - Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support business decisions - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams - Assist in preparing business proposals, client presentations, and marketing campaigns - Regularly travel for client meetings, business development, and on-ground market assessment - Support CRM management and improve lead conversion metrics Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in sales and marketing functions - Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively - Comfortable with frequent local and regional travel - Must be a Valsad localite or willing to relocate to Valsad immediately Preferred Traits: - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders - Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset - Understanding of the local market dynamics in and around Valsad Note: This is a full-time position with benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off.
