Business Analyst- Sales and Marketing

As a Business Analyst specializing in Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify business growth opportunities. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and evaluate marketing strategies and sales plans. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing actionable insights and reports for senior management will be crucial in this role. Conducting competitor analysis, market research, and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in preparing business proposals, client presentations, and marketing campaigns. Regular travel for client meetings, business development, and market assessment will be required. Supporting CRM management and improving lead conversion metrics are also key tasks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in sales and marketing functions - Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively - Comfortable with frequent local and regional travel - Must be a Valsad localite or willing to relocate to Valsad immediately The company prefers candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and an understanding of the local market dynamics in and around Valsad.
