We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst – Sales/Marketing to join our growing consulting team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in business consulting, project execution, and data-driven sales analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end project planning, execution, and documentation
• Conduct market research and prepare supporting materials for client engagements
• Analyze client sales processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visual insights for sales performance metrics
• Support implementation of sales process optimization strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to client meetings

Candidate Profile:

• Educational Background: MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Required)
• Experience: 0-2 year’s experience
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, Strong time and task management capabilities
• Attitude: A proactive learner with a long-term growth mindset
