Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Analyst

What Youll Do

Build and optimize our reporting and analytics environment:

• Build a BI environment from the ground up to be the backbone for reporting and analytics[VT1]
• Create and maintain data integrations, ensuring information flows correctly between platforms.
• Map and streamline end-to-end processes across systems such as CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, and financial systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual data entry.

Improve data structure for revenue teams:

• Audit existing data models, fields, and reporting structures across our GTM ecosystem.
• Recommend and implement improvements that increase data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Define data governance standards and partner with stakeholders to ensure adherence.

Analytics & reporting:

• Support data analysis for pipeline health, forecasting, customer lifecycle metrics, and other key revenue KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports to enhance decision-making across GTM teams.[HN2]
• Create a consistent reporting rhythm alongside developing ad hoc analyses to support our GTM teams.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of revenue and GTM systems (e.g., HubSpot/HubSpot Marketing Hub, CPQ tools, BI tools).
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, or BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience mapping processes and designing workflows in complex systems environments.
• Solid understanding of data structures, integrations, and data governance principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Make, Tray).
• Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based revenue models.
