Role- Business Analyst Domain Knowledge:- C&IB Client Onboarding, Risk and Credit scoring, Lending, AML, and KYC. Skills :- Strong communication skills (English) and documentation ( Resume will be evaluated for the documentation skill) Location- Gurgaon, work from office Experience - 5-9years Experience Professional experience (5+ years) working as a Business Analyst in any industry Experience in creating high-quality artefacts including business cases, process maps, customer journey maps, functional and non-functional requirements, technical specifications, governance definitions, testing, impact & readiness collateral, risk and control flows Experience with senior stakeholder management, engagement, communication and change management principles Experience in triaging technical defects and working with others to resolve them Experience in preparing teams and stakeholders for technical releases Proven record of managing within a regulatory environment, including compliance, obligations & scheme management Proven record of working in a cross-functional, agile environment and contributing to key agile ceremonies/practices Proven comprehension and adherence to architectural standards when documenting future state blueprints and technical documentation Proven record of using human-centred design principles to arrive at future state solutions Show more Show less
