Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Engage with teams across Operations, Donor Recruitment, Counselling, Finance, and MarCom to gather and document requirements.

• Translate user needs into functional specifications with clarity and completeness.

• Conduct feasibility studies for new system features or enhancements.

Process Mapping & Standardization

• Document As-Is workflows and design To-Be processes to enhance efficiency.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and documentation for business functions.

• Identify automation opportunities for manual and repetitive tasks with IT collaboration.

Change Management & Implementation

• Coordinate with the IT team and software vendors for feature prioritization, testing, and release.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scripts and documenting results.

• Facilitate smooth rollout and adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.

Data Quality & Reporting

• Ensure high-quality data across internal platforms and MIS systems.

• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business tracking.

• Monitor adherence to process standards and system utilization metrics.

Skills & Job Specifications

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree: Engineering / Business Management / Business Analytics / Operations

• MBA/Postgraduate preferred

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent documentation & communication skills

• Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)

• Strong Excel and Power BI skills

• Understanding of CRM/ERP systems (Zoho experience is an advantage)

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams & manage multiple priorities

• Attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
