Business Analyst

This role will support GT Business Analyst and Snr Business Analyst with interpreting requirements for countries such that BA is able to clearly draft the requirements and in turn deliverables are met as per the project plan

As GT rollout involves data migration activities and follows a multi country rollout plan, the Project Analyst should be prepared to work on a staggered approach by running multiple countries in parallel.

Focus should be on, clearly understanding requirements from countries, able to interpret and recommend options in way of designs also in line with regulatory requirements

Ensuring established standards and guidelines are followed to meet the highest level of quality

Support in Migration recon and data analysis to ensure smooth transition

Coordinate with Business ops leads and provides clear instruction /guidelines for data remediation

Undertake Data analysis and pre-remediation of data required if any, to facilitate cleaner migration

Address any issues, risks and changes which emerge during requirement gathering, data analysis and on migration approach

As a Project Analyst, you are accountable for:

• Support the GT BA in requirement gathering by helping to interpret ACIP requirements, KYC process requirements that are required to be built into GoldTier to align these requirements for the country in question, such that submission to the vendor every quarter
• Support Data Migration as per project plan without any unreasonable slippages and delivery within the timelines (mocks, dry runs, migration go live)
• Support data analysis and data recon during mocks, dry runs and migration go live by helping the BAs understand Siebel and GoldTier data/ system nuances
• Build and maintain close working relationship with Business operations and BA s to understand, enhance product/process knowledge
• Ensure compliance with the process to deliver required outcomes
• Contribute towards ideas on overall improvement
• Collaborate with teams and support to ensure that delivery timelines are met
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the team by sharing best practices
• Ensure adherence to the ANZ Policies and Process
• Demonstrate sense of urgency and escalate design issues identified, data migration issues identified immediately to Seniors

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Good domain knowledge of KYC and Customer Onboarding across International countries
• Good engagement, communication, and presentation skills
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a risk-based approach
• Do you have 3+yrs of experience in supporintng business analyst
