You need to be a HODLer of these 1+ years experience as an Analyst, Trader, or working with a trading company, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent SQL skills and experience in at least one scripting language (Python or R) Solid understanding of statistical methods and experiment designs Must have hands-on experience with product analytics and BI tools like MixPanel Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker, and TableauYou will be mining through these tasks Build insights that help influence core trading platform metrics and KRs such as liquidity (spreads and depth), order rejection, and exposure.
Exchange Benchmarking: Analyze competitor exchanges on liquidity (spread, depth, slippage) to assess competitive edge.
Incident deep-dives: Lead root-cause analyses on trading incidents (timeouts, spikes in rejects/slippage), quantify business/user impact
Risk & exposure analytics: Partner with Risk/Treasury to monitor exposure between third-party exchanges, inventory imbalances, and define proactive alerts.
Health monitoring & alerting: Own near-real-time dashboards for liquidity, order rejection, and exposure; calibrate alerts to minimize noise and accelerate on-call response.
