Roles and Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze operational data from cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate past business performance.
Identify data patterns and trends, delivering insights to enhance strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Recommend actionable strategies for business growth, process improvements, and policy enhancements.
Conduct exploratory and confirmatory data analysis, translating findings into meaningful customer and business insights.
Communicate analytical findings and recommendations effectively to senior management and business partners.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to build, implement, and monitor data-driven decision models.
Continuously improve processes by exploring new data sources, analytical tools, and emerging technologies.
Assess risks and ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulations, and data governance policies.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SAS and SQL.
Proven expertise in Credit Risk Analytics and data-driven business decisioning.
Familiarity with PySpark, Python, and large-scale data analysis frameworks.
Experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business teams.
